After a lifetime of believing they will never truly belong in the world around them, Matt, a Jewish immigrant, has worked up the courage to ask Sally, a Gentile, for her hand in marriage. During a moonlit night of arguing, joking, and wooing in a dilapidated Victorian boathouse, Matt and Sally reveal their secrets and consider their future in this charming and tender waltz of a love story.
