Join the Newark Museum's Chief Curator and Curator of Decorative Arts Ulysses Grant Dietz for the lecture series

The Art of Jewelry

The series examines how jewelry was transformed by the end of the 20th century from a marker of status into a self-conscious medium of artistic expression.

This series and a Jewelry Discovery Day on June 27—hosted by Sarah Churgin of David Rago Auctions—are planned in conjunction with the opening of the Museum's reinstalled Lore Ross Jewelry Gallery.
