AUDITION NOTICE:
A Tale of Sleeping Beauty
WHEN: 7:00 PM on Sunday, November 9 and Tuesday, November 11
WHERE: Bernards Township Community Center, 289 South Maple Ave., Basking Ridge
Written by Steve and Kathy Hotchner, A Tale of Sleeping Beauty is a participation play, written to involve an audience of children directly in the events occurring on stage.
- Seven actors, ages 16 and up, are needed to perform different roles in this production including a King and Queen, the Mayor, Beauty, the Prince, Glemda and a Giant.
- No experience is necessary.
- Auditions will consist of improvisations and cold readings from the script.
Jaye Barre of Basking Ridge is directing this production for Trilogy assisted by Matt Marino.
Rehearsals will begin immediately and performances will be given at local libraries on Saturdays, January 10, 17 and 24.
