Jazz fest on track

Bassist Eric Neveloff and guitarist Rahsaan Pickett, both alumni of NJPAC's Wells Fargo Jazz for Teens, will perform for commuters at Newark Penn Station on Thursday, Oct. 30 from 4 to 6 PM.
