For almost 30 years, Bruce Hornsby has been one of popular music’s true “quadruple threats”—as singer, songwriter, bandleader and pianist, selling more than 11 million recordings and picking up three Grammy awards along the way. An inveterate improviser of eclectic musical interests, Hornsby has successfully ventured into jazz, classical, bluegrass, and even electronica, serving as a high-profile collaborator with everyone from Bob Dylan and Elton John to Branford Marsalis, Pat Metheny and Ricky Skaggs, not to mention more than 100 concerts with The Grateful Dead as their guest keyboardist.

Drummer/percussionist Sonny Emory has enjoyed a long and storied career as a session artist and touring drummer for such acts as Earth, Wind, and Fire; Bette Midler, Steely Dan, and the B-52’s, among many others.
