An opera based on Book IV of Virgil's Aeneid recounting the love of Dido, Queen of Carthage, for Trojan hero Aeneas, and her despair when he abandons her.

Tom Paxton has been an integral part of the songwriting and fold music community since the early 60s Greenwich Village scene and continues to be a primary influence on today's "New Folk" performers. Holly near is a unique combination of entertainer, teacher, and activist. She is a skilled performer and an outspoken ambassador for peace who brings to the stage an integration of world consciousness, spiritual discovery, and theatricality.
