Global Gourmet
Enjoy the drama of fine dining in a sophisticated setting at NICO Kitchen + Bar. Chef Ryan DePersio takes a modern approach to Old World Italian fare by assimilating ingredients from the cuisines of other countries. His "Italian Without Borders" concept translates into Primavera Pizza with sun-ripened Jersey tomatoes, braised short ribs with Roman gnocchi and can't-get-enough mascarpone polenta fries. Mangia.
