This event is slightly different from what I usually post, but it does involve the arts and a New Jersey connection:
Art-Immersion Trip to Israel with Tobi Kahn
WHEN: May 22-29, 2013
Tobi Kahn (right), a world renowned painter and sculptor, who has been ranked the number one art gallery tour guide by New York Magazine, has arranged an in-depth, insider tour of Israeli museums and art galleries, as well as private viewings of acclaimed artist studios. The trip will feature round-trip airfare NYC-Tel Aviv-NYC; arrival & departure: airport VIP service and round-trip airport transfers; 3 nights at the Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem and 3 nights at the Carlton Hotel, Tel Aviv* (based on double occupancy) and all taxes and service charges imposed by hotels. All entrance fees to sites are also included, including a private tour of the much-heralded King Herod Exhibition, Israel Museum. (Left: Gaza Art Gallery)
