Times change. And, however quaint the idea of the Broadway musical may remain, show tunes have changed with the times. Have you ever wondered how the approach of Broadway's lyricists also changed? Exploring common musical themes of love, need, independence, sacrifice, fantasy and many others, a talented group of OLT performers past and present will help answer that very question.

Featuring songs from Gypsy, Mamma Mia!, The Man of La Mancha, The Baker's Wife, Pal Joey, Grand Hotel, Sweeney Todd, Cry-Baby, Company, Taboo, Mack & Mabel, 9 to 5, Sally, The Addams Family, Cabaret, Little Women, The Rocky Horror Show, La Cage Aux Folles, Funny Girl, Songs For a New World, Merrily We Roll Along, Aida, 1776, The Civil War, Anyone Can Whistle, Wicked, Peter Pan, Wonderland, Little Johnny Jones, Catch Me If You Can, The Fantasticks and Hairspray.

Broadway Then & Now is written and directed by Craig M. Tiede, who previously directed Spring Awakening at OLT. Anthony Bevilacqua leads a fifteen-piece orchestra as Music Director.

Performed by local talents Zack Aretakis, Maria Aromando, Timothy Avant, Pearl Bandel Hart, Brendan Joel Bartlett, Priscila Bellia, Jessica Blewitt, Staci Beth Block, Caity Callons, Corey Chichizola, Dana Daddio, D'Angelique Dopson, Mollie Gash, Kimberly Griffin, Lena Grotticelli, Jaime Hayer, Neil Kahn, Bill Kauffman, Andrea Kron, Eileen Peet Leon, Emma Love, David Maglione, Zach Mazouat, Timothy Meola, Theresa Murphy, Art Murray, Gary Oberndorf, Peter Oliff, Rachel Persenaire, Nicholas Riccardi, Michelle Stern, Craig Tiede, Chris Traina and Beth Valenti.
