A collection of old letters (from WWII through Vietnam) is shockingly discovered by the daughter of a deceased war veteran.

While she pieces through the remnants of the letters with her grown son one afternoon, various passions (love, loss, jealousy, resentment and regret) are exposed. Before long, a dark secret seems to loom on being unhinged.

Is there more to finding answers than the remaining letters suggest? Or, are some fading memories better left to the past?

Pam Munson Steadman is an Asbury Park playwright who has finished a play concerning real letters between her father, a US Marine who served in the Pacific during WWII, and her grandmother.
