It's that time of the year! Join HANDS for a free one-hour walking tour of the Valley Neighborhood of Orange and West Orange. In addition to learning all about the work of HANDS, you'll discover why we call it Hat City, see some hidden gems and get a peek at the growing artist community. Help Luna Stage introduce the Valley Arts District to someone who would be interested by inviting them to take a tour. Tours are scheduled for: Tuesday evenings, 6:00 - 7:00 PM:
