Held from 5 to 9 pm on the first Wednesday of every month, the series complements the museum’s innovative exhibitions with lectures, music and dance performances, exhibition tours, poetry slams, films, performance art, and more.

January's Art After Hours features a docent-led tour of the exhibition Abstraction in Sculpture beginning at 5:30 PM, followed by the New Brunswick Jazz Project's presentation of American and Brazilian jazz standards by the Vanessa Perea Band at 6:15 PM. From 6:00 to 8:30 PM, explore your creativity in the hands-on activity The Art of Paper Cutouts and Designs. Stop by the Museum Store for a complimentary copy of Newer Genres: Twenty Years of the Rutgers Archives for Printmaking Studios (CD-Rom) and 20% discount on all purchases. Details are available on their website.
