Gene & Shelley Enlow Recital Hall at Kean University presents an annual tradition of sonorous arrangements of music for brass and percussion, Holiday Brass. The brass quintet features Charles Bumcroft and Jerry Bryant, (trumpets), Lisa Pike, (horn), Anthony Mazzocchi, (trombone) and Andy Bove (tuba) with James Musto (percussion).

Charles Bumcroft has appeared as soloist and guest artist with the New England Chamber Symphony. He performs with numerous New York orchestras including the Little Orchestra Society and the New York Choral Society. Chuck has subbed on numerous Broadway shows and with the Paper Mill Playhouse. He teaches trumpet at Kean University and Montclair State University.

Jerry Bryant is currently a member of the New York City Opera Orchestra of Lincoln Center and the Hartford Symphony Orchestra. Before joining the NYC Opera in 2004, Mr. Bryant was a member of the United States Navy Band, Washington DC for seven years where was a featured soloist and performed for presidents, dignitaries and international audiences. A Broadway and national performer, he is currently professor of trumpet at Montclair State, Seton Hall, New Jersey City and Kean Universities. He is also the Musical Director of the Kean University Pep Band.

Lisa Pike is a rehearsal and concert player, having performed in substitute positions in the orchestras for Broadway shows (Ragtime), at Radio City Music Hall and the Long Island Philharmonic among others. Pike is also a teacher, working as a guest instructor for numerous institutions and offering private lessons.

Anthony Mazzocchi is a Professor of Trombone at Montclair State and Kean Universities and is the Executive Director of the Kin haven Summer Music School. He has performed at taught with the L.A. Philharmonic, NJ Symphony, San Diego Symphony, San Diego Opera, Riverside Symphony, and Key West Symphony and can be seen performing in many, Broadway musicals and heard on numerous movie sound tracks.

Andy Bove is a prolific freelance New York City tubist and recording engineer and has been instrumental in the development of recording equipment and techniques.

James Musto is a multi-talented performer, teacher and lecturer in the field of Percussion and Drum set. Currently, Mr. Musto is a Professor on the faculty of the Concert Artist program at Kean University as the Percussion Ensemble Director and Percussion Instructor. In addition to his academic responsibilities of Private Lessons, Percussion Methods, Music Appreciation and History classes, he performs on numerous faculty recitals and jazz concerts at Kean, emphasizing new works and electronic media.  He created and directs the growing Percussion Ensemble at Kean.  Under his tutelage and extensive research, the Percussion Ensemble at Kean (PEAK) performs new and diverse programs every semester, endeavoring to include works drawn from world music as well as standard percussion repertoire arranged for the group.
