NO POWER OUTAGES IN BASKING RIDGE: COME TO AN A CAPELLA JAMBOREE THIS FRIDAY

A CAPELLA JAMBOREE WHEN: Friday November 4, at 7:30 PM WHERE: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 140 South Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge (The church is wheelchair accessible.) Ridge Light Opera of New Jersey will present its16th annual production of an A Cappella Jamboree featuring the renowned collegiate singing group, the Colgate Thirteen of Colgate University and Zephyr Vocal Ensemble! America's Most Widely Heard All-Male collegiate a cappella Group, The Colgate Thirteen, founded in 1942, brings together a unique blend of song and humor, performing over 100 concerts per year across the USA. Old and new musical favorites supply the Colgate Thirteen with an active repertoire of over 100 songs. Zephyr Vocal Ensemble is a 14-member, professional-level a cappella ensemble performing across northern NJ and the metropolitan NYC region. Zephyr was founded in 2010 and held its début to a wildly enthusiastic crowd of 260 people this past April. Zephyr sings and enjoys all genres of music, without a conductor, to form a bond directly with the audience.
