Executive Producer/Creator Tom Diggs is pleased to announce the launch of PERKS, a new musical web series starring Alex Wyse (Lysistrata Jones), Alex Brightman (Wicked), Allison Strong (Mama Mia), Paul Cereghino (Tony and Tina’s Wedding) and Arden Myrin (Chelsea Lately, Mad TV). The new scripted musical web series will launch June 19, 2011 on blip.tv and YouTube.
PERKS is the big-hearted story of Josh, a tech-savvy gamer, in love with the beautiful Courtney, but too shy to tell her how he feels. With his nerd-herd/tech posse and Darwin, his gay and most fun friend ever, they secretly write Courtney a musical based on her favorite book, THE PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER.

- ALEX WYSE (Josh) - currently in the Off-Broadway hit Lysistrata Jones. Alex has the recurring role of “Steve” in HBO’s Bored to Death.
- PAUL CEREGHINO (Matt) – Off Broadway’s Tony and Tina’s Wedding
- ARDEN MYRIN (Ms. Pilgrim) – of MadTV and a Chelsea Lately Roundtable Regular
