WHEN: April 22 through May 7, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 PM. There are also two additional performances: Thursday, April 28, at 8 PM and Sunday, May 1, at 2 PM. The Sunday, May 1 performance is also a signed performance and an audio description is available if requested two weeks in advance. A loop-compatible Assisted Listening System is available for all performances.

This two-act musical revue features self-contained songs which deal with such diverse topics as security, aging, mid-life crisis, second marriages, working couples, and unrequited love. Maltby and Shire based many of the songs on the real-life experiences of their friends! The original revue won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off-Broadway Musical and Maltby and Shire both garnered Drama Desk Award nominations for their respective contributions.
CLOSER THAN EVER features Arlene Britt, Cara Heary, Miriam Salerno, Jason Cesare, Sean Finnerty, and Peter Oliff.
