Playhouse 22, East Brunswick’s Community Theater, proudly presents Luigi Jannuzzi’s All the King’s Women. The production is the second installment of the On the Edge Black Box series presenting lesser-known shows in a theater-in-the-round format.

The story is a series of fictional monologues about the life and times of Elvis Presley. From Tupelo, Mississippi, where 12-year-old Elvis wanted a BB Gun instead of a guitar, to President Richard Nixon’s office, from Cadillac Salesmen to Graceland guards, this is a touching comedy with a heart, one that captures the effects that fame, generosity and just being a nice guy can bring to others.

Luigi Jannuzzi, the playwright, hails from Bound Brook (Somerset County) and will be in attendance to participate in an audience talk-back session at the Sunday, March 13, production.
