Winner of the 1998 Tony Award for Best Play, Art ask,s how much would you pay for a white painting? Would it matter who painted it? Would it be art? These are the questions facing Serge, Marc, and Yvan as they contemplate Serge’s latest art purchase.

As the longtime friends debate the merits of the painting, their differences in opinion provoke a critique that goes beyond the canvas. As their arguments become more personal, they border on destroying their friendships. The aftermath challenges the strength of those bonds and reveals the true cost of art.

Art is directed by Lauren M. Grof-Tisza, and features (left to right) Tom Morrissey, Chris Ricci and Michael Reddin. Art contains language which may not be suitable for all audiences.
