The Grammy Award-winning Klezmatics are the masterful architects of the musical bridge between the lost shtetls of Eastern Europe and 21st century culture.

This behind-the-scenes film by Erik Greenberg Anjou (A Cantor’s Tale, NJJFF 2006) features live concerts, backstage tours and an intimate look at the band members as they strive with determination to balance family, bills and middle age against the career challenges faced by independent artists. Special appearances by Itzhak Perlman, Chava Alberstein and Joshua Nelson.

Special guests: Director Erik Greenberg Anjou and Band Members of The Klezmatics.
