FRIDAY - DECEMBER 3 - 8PM

A little more than half a century ago, a new sound took shape in and around Detroit that revolutionized the music industry. Today, the Motor City Revue faithfully recreates that signature Motown sound and, in the process, takes audiences on a journey back in time to where it all began. This 13-piece band covers the popular and rare Motown and Stax hits, plus rock and soul classics. Although there are many bands that cover Motown tunes, few strive to match the vocal harmonies and instrumental mix that distinguished the original recordings. Motor City Revue was formed to offer music lovers an authentic tribute to the artists and songs that defined a generation. Motor City Revue will have you dancing and singing along to the songs immortalized by Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, The Supremes, and countless others. Come and enjoy Peace, Love, and Soul.

The extraordinary singer Gesenia Erolin and the Ronstadt Revue cover every style of music that Linda Ronstadt performed during her illustrious 40+ year career. Gesenia not only has the look, tone, and vocal strength of Linda Ronstadt, she grew up in a bilingual household, singing both Spanish and English songs since her earliest days. The Ronstadt Revue is dedicated to recreating the Ronstadt experience down to the harmonies and multi-genre setlist. This 7-piece band of world-class musicians (some of whom have backed such notables as Aretha Franklin, Smokey Robinson, and Andrea Bocelli), bring a remarkably authentic experience to every show. From the beloved Blue Bayou and powerful You’re No Good, to the soulful Eagles ballad, Desperado, standards such as I’ve Got a Crush on You, and even chart-topping Spanish tunes such as Perfidia, Gesenia doesn’t just channel Ronstadt’s vibrant sound, she embodies her very spirit.
