Benally, award-winning musicians from the Diné Navajo Nation whose music is
rooted in Native, rock, punk, and world music.

Study Group: Surrealism Beyond

The Met Fifth Avenue
Expand your knowledge of art history through introductions to core themes
and close examination of The Met collection. Join the curatorial team
behind the exhibition Surrealism Beyond Borders for
two sessions of study and discussion of themes from the exhibition. The
first session (Tuesday, November 16) addresses Surrealism, women artists,
and the subject of the body. The second (Tuesday, November 23) focuses on
how Surrealism traveled, from artists' engagement with radio and printed
publications to artists and writers impacted by exile and displacement.
