CIRCLE PLAYERS TO HOLD AUDITIONS FOR “PRELUDE TO A KISS”

WHEN: Sunday, June 9 and Monday, June 10, 7 PM; Callbacks will be Monday, June 17, 7 PM

Circle Players, 416 Victoria Ave., Piscataway

Rehearsals will begin in mid-July.
Performances will be 8 PM Fridays and Saturdays, Sept. 13-28, with a 3 PM matinee Sunday, Sept. 29.

Peter and Rita fall in love despite Rita’s cynical outlook on life. Shortly after they marry, an odd event tests their love and commitment to each other.

After receiving rave reviews off-Broadway, the production moved to Broadway in May 1990. It closed in 1991, received a Tony Award nomination as Best Play and was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

  • Taylor (late 20s-early 30s)
  • Tom (late 30s-late 40s)
  • Minister (mid 30s-mid 40s).
