AMERICAN CLASSIC NOVEL TAKES TO THE STAGE THIS WEEKEND @ HUDSON THEATRE WORKS

This novel is beloved in high school literature classes. Take your teenager to see a dramatization at Hudson Theatre Works:

OF MICE AND MEN features a talented ensemble of actors lead by Randy Noojin (Boardwalk Empire, Royal Pains) and Greg Erbach (On The Waterfront, The Shannon Doyle Incident). They will co-star as the play's iconic leads, George and Lennie. 

Also in the cast as Candy is Stuart Rudin (Stake Land, Silence of the Lambs).  His theatre credits include Rimers Of Eldrich at Second Stage and Measure for Measure at NY Shakespeare Festival.  

Other cast members include actors Kevin Huelbig, Keith Chambers, Darci Smith, Frank Bläuer, Ian McGonigle, Victor Gallo and Jeff Foote

OF MICE AND MEN will be directed by Frank Licato, whose credits include the Off-Broadway productions of Requiem for a Heavyweight and Lamppost Reunion, as well as another Steinbeck classic, Grapes of Wrath

The creative team includes scenic/lighting designer John Shimrock, costume designer Anne Lowe, sound designer Donald Stark, Stage Manager D'Arrigo and producers Karen Brady and Sally Ponzio.

Hudson Theatre Works is committed to bringing its audiences a memorable experience in the theatre this year. Established in 2011, Hudson Theatre Works is a professional-level theatre company committed to ensemble collaboration as well as artistic risk through its work with its permanent company, guest artists, partner institutions and the surrounding community.  Its primary focus is in bringing a living theatre community to the area of Hudson and North Jersey through performance, outreach and theatre arts education.
