April is the month we commemorate the Holocaust. Here is what is doing around the metropolitan area:

Yom HaShoah Commemoration: A Window Into the Holocaust, featuring a staged reading of excerpts from the play Windows, based on the experiences of a local survivor, by Melissa Schaffer. In conjuction with Congregation Beth Torah, Florham Park-Madison Interfaith Council's Yom HaShoah Community Interfaith Service is being held this year at Grace Episcopal Church, 4 Madison Ave., Madison, NJ 07940. Harry Ettlinger, a Holocaust Survivor, WWII veteran and member of the “Monuments Men” who went around Europe to find stolen artwork and return it to the proper owners, will be this year's speaker.
