Recently, Phil Lesh sat in with Dark Star Orchestra (DSO) during their performance at San Francisco's Fillmore (the motherland of psychedelic music). Both DSO keyboardist Rob Barraco and DSO guitarist Jeff Mattson have been part of past Phil & Friends lineups while current Furthur/Phil & Friends guitarist John Kadlecik co-founded DSO. Bob Weir, Bill Kreutzmann, Donna Jean Godchaux, Vince Welnick and Tom Constanten have all sat in with Dark Star Orchestra over the years as well. This makes DSO Jam band worthy, Grateful Dead approved! A show for all who lived, loved, and experienced the Grateful Dead.
