Secrets; Love is a tale set in a modern city about crimes of passion and the nature of love—how we feel it, how we express it and how it can be a powerful secret when hidden.
The play opens with a diverse neighborhood dealing with the recent kidnapping of two members of their Filipino community—Rizalia Salem (Siouxsie Suarez), the wife of Marcus Salem (Stan Vidal), and Marcus’s best friend Marton (Clarence Ilanan).
When their next-door neighbor Diego Carbonell (Jean-Pierre Mestanza) hears mysterious, terrifying sounds coming from their house, he realizes the truth may be darker than anyone suspects. Together with the Salems’ daughter Luz (Liliane Wolf), he puts the pieces together and discovers the lengths some would go to for love.
