Learn about the life and times of a great American songwriter while enjoying some wonderful music. Fred Miller will perform Gershwin songs on the keyboard and will provide historical and biographical information about the songwriter. This is sure to be a very entertaining program! 

Fred Miller studied piano with Ralph Berkowitz, former dean of Tanglewood, studied acting with the legendary Geraldine Page and studied voice with Tony-winner Helen Gallagher. He has acted in national commercials, broadcast his own radio program on 89.7FM, and run the Copper Players for the past 25 years.

This program is part of the Bernard Ducoff Lecture Series in the Arts and Humanities. Funding was provided in memory of Dr. Ducoff by his family.
