A Christmas Carol is a tuneful adaptation of miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, who hated Christmas until the Spirits of Past, Present and Future take him on a journey.... into the lives of his poor office clerk, Bob Cratchit and Cratchit’s impaired yet optimistic son, Tiny Tim. Yates Musical Theatre has brought these unforgettable characters from the page to the stage, added a cheerful score and presents a heart-warming theatre experience to help put everyone in a holiday spirit.

“Westminster Arts Center is thrilled to have Yates’ magical production back every other year as our patrons have grown to ask for them,” says Westminster’s Managing Director, Gregory Allen. “It is something the entire family can enjoy for the holidays and has become a wonderful tradition here at Bloomfield College.”

Yates is a well-loved and talented member of the Westminster “family” continuously setting the standard in family entertainment. They have performed several productions at the center including Pinocchio, Aesop’s Fables and, Beauty and the Beast on the Westminster stage. “The Yates Company, having done this for so many years, knows how to entertain and excite children,” adds Allen. “They know exactly what children like and keep their shows moving at a pace that keeps children of all ages engaged in their stories.”
