In this circus, three acts replace the three rings! The Indie Music Circus is a monthly independent musicians’ night hosted by Michael Aquino and Luna Stage.
Indie Music Circus was created in 2008 by Aquino with the vision of creating a supportive community for musicians and audience alike—a place where musicians can find an attentive audience and a place where an audience could find fantastic original music.
You may hear R&B, folk, singer-songwriters, Latin, rock, hip hop and everything in between. You also get to hear directly from the performers through a no-holds-barred interview that gets the audience asking questions.
The night consists of three acts performing 25 minutes of original music. The lineup is arranged in advance and by who fits best together. Each show culminates in a song presented by ALL the performers, with the audience singing and clapping along.
