Ridge Light Opera and the St. Mark’s Music Series proudly present Lois Buesser, one of New Jersey’s premier pianists, performing an eclectic and exhilarating concert with musical selections ranging from Classical repertoire to Broadway and Classic Rock!
...now in its third year, the amazing Lois will entertain you with her dazzling keyboard skills, enhanced by a company of talented artists.
This year’s show includes Lois’ “essential” classical keyboard repertoire, including an ebullient piece by Gottschalk and Chopin’s exciting Scherzo in B flat minor. Additionally, you’ll hear an engaging piano medley and eccentric vocal and instrumental escapades performed by her friends. An eclectic pop and rock band, featuring the music arranging talents of husband Ron Buesser, will have you do more than just toe tapping.

Having grown up in Oklahoma, Lois received her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and Voice, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University. Her talents have taken her around the country, doing solo concerts and performing with the likes of Zubin Mehta, Rio Clemente, Susan Powell and Bob Hope. Lois performed on USO tours in Europe and Asia and currently directs music at numerous local theaters. When she is not busy with her music and Boonton Township family, Lois finds time to use her keyboard skills to lead the parishioners of St. Mark’s Church in Basking Ridge, NJ.
