PTNJ’S 2nd WEEK OF PLAY READINGS BEGINS

Playwrights Theatre of New Jersey’s first week of FORUM Reading Series was a big success. Here’s what’s on tap for this coming week:

Week Two: December 8 • 9 • 10 • 11 • 12

FORUM brings playwrights, actors and audience members together to enjoy the creative process of bringing a play to life. Staged readings of 17 innovative new plays by some of the country's best writers with intimate discussions between author and audience following each performance.

$10 per reading or get a FORUM Pass for $25 and attend all the readings.

TRESPASSER IN A PROMISED LAND

TEXAS BOOT
by Jeffrey Sweet
Lyndon Johnson, Lady Bird Johnson, Hubert Humphrey, Richard Russell, Harry Truman, James Farmer all occupy this play about "Senatorial Courtesy."

Sunday, December 12 - 7:00 PM
FURIES
by Matt Bukovac
A county prosecutor, who was a former Navy JAG officer, seeks personal justice for the death of his Marine son in Iraq.
