leahy Leahy is the Canadian powerhouse of eight musical brothers and sisters who mystify audiences whenever they play. As seen on their award-winning PBS special, the band is a whirlwind triple-threat of fiddle-driven music, dance and vocals augmented by keyboards and percussion. Their music combines the influence of their Irish and Scottish roots with their inherent desire to widely travel the musical map.

Known internationally for their joyful sound and their Celtic roots, The Leahy family has toured with Shania Twain, produced several television specials, won numerous awards including Juno’s Best Country Group and they were the subject of the Oscar-Winning documentary The Leahys: Music Most of All. Playing together for the majority of their lives, the Leahy's unique blend of musical genres and styles delivers a rare level of creativeness and musicianship to the stage.

Leahy will focus their set-list mainly on Christmas favorites, original seasonal pieces, as well as typical Leahy fare that audiences have come to love. Moreover, the original music audiences will experience will be fresh and new, as Leahy is in the process of recording their fifth CD, due out in 2011.
